Our new extended eClaims system is now available for use by chiropractors, physiotherapists, opticians, optometrists, massage therapists, acupuncturists and naturopathic specialists. The healthcare provider can submit claims online directly to Johnson and obtain instant confirmation of payment, while you pay only the balance not covered by your benefits plan.
The arrangement between Johnson and TELUS Health makes the claims submission and reimbursement process faster and more convenient for plan members. No more filling out and sending in claim forms to be reimbursed.
